Shipping policy

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Tasteville containing your order details to the email address used to place the order. Delivery addresses and the day of delivery may not be able to be altered once an order has been placed.

Unfortunately, Tasteville cannot give or adhere to a request for a specific delivery date or time. If we offer a delivery date or a time window and if you have chosen a delivery date or a time window, the same will be your ‘preference’ for your order to be delivered on within the window. All deliveries would be delivered to your doorstep, unless delivery instructions are provided. While every effort will be made, Tasteville cannot give or adhere to a delivery instruction request for some deliveries. You agree for us to leave your order at your door unattended, if the delivery instructions provided cannot be adhered to.

Tasteville strongly recommends that you or your nominated person is physically present at the time of delivery to collect your order. Furthermore, if you or your nominated person is not going to be physically present at the time of delivery, Tasteville strongly recommends providing an esky (with adequate ice blocks) or similar equipment at your door that adequately stores the items you ordered without much deterioration until you take them inside and store them as per storage instructions of the items. Tasteville accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the customer delivery instructions where provided (at the front door / back door etc.,) and our terms of service, whether you accept the delivery in person or request us to leave the delivery unattended.

Tasteville will not be held liable for any financial or physical damages of any kind. Tasteville will not replace or provide a refund for any products ordered by the customer by mistake.

Tasteville reserves the right to change or alter delivery days and cut off periods without notice. 

At times of high demand, or when ingredient availability is affected by adverse weather, some items you ordered may not be in stock in time to fulfil for your delivery.
